1- Place the order with the name of your pet. Choose the font and the color that you would like to use.

2- Take a front-facing photo of your pet in a sufficiently lighted spot from head to chest ensuring the image is high resolution. We recommend that your pet's snout faces forward and no accessories for better result.

3- Upload the photo of your pet via Shopify Messages or send it to us by email at Support@covers4phones.com.

4- We will send you the sample within 24 hours after of your purchase before printing your phone case and will ask you to confirm if the design satisfies you. The approval window after the final design is 48 hours. We'll proceed with preparing your item if we don't hear back from you after 48 hours.

5- Please allow between 2 to 5 days after confirmation for us to prepare and ship your item.
